Zeroed-In’s mission is to solve a company’s issues, in accounting/finance or beyond, with future-focused approaches. By leveraging the latest technologies, and with a focus on continuous improvement, we aim to constantly better the lives of our team and our clients.

Vision Statement

Zeroed-In’s vision is to expand from our accounting roots and revolutionize the consulting industry as a whole. We will build a global team of problem solvers who are empowered to grow through collaboration and professional development. With a focus on our people, and our ability to master new technologies, we will continuously improve our solutions to better the lives of both our team and the businesses that we work with.

Learn the values that drive us.

    • None of us are perfect at everything. We each have our strengths and weaknesses. But by collaborating with others, we gain fresh perspectives, cover our weaknesses, and bring our personal excellence to those who need it. We see it as 1 + 1 = 3.

    • Improvement comes through honest feedback. Each team member is empowered and encouraged to give constructive and respectful feedback to anyone else — including the co-founders.

    • Meaningful relationships are powerful. We stay connected as a community virtually on at least a weekly basis, and in-person throughout the year — knowing flexible work-life balance is important.

    • Perfection is the enemy of progress. We embrace the 80/20 rule; we spend 20% of the time to solve 80% of the issues.

    • We are never satisfied with the current version. We make incremental improvements, while delivering high-caliber results as quickly as possible.

    • We embrace success in failure and see mistakes as opportunities to learn and improve. The worst thing we can do is be afraid to try new things.

    • Work smarter, not harder. We stay hungry in our learning of new skills, programs, tools, or formulas that can be refined to reduce workload while delivering even higher-quality results.

    • We lean into the power of technology to make our work and lives better.

    • Analysis and decision-making should be based on data and evidence-based approaches; human perspective alone brings bias and a risk of being under-informed.

    • The power of computing, and the growing amount of data, helps us maximize our use of technology to collect, gather, and report on massive amounts of information.

    • We focus on professional development because becoming proficient in the latest technology will make us invaluable; if we don’t, we will fall behind.

    • A company shouldn’t be a collection of silos. It should be an organization with a powerful and central vision, and a shared purpose that everyone believes in.

    • We know people won’t buy into a vision unless they have the full scope of the mission — a mission that resonates with them. Sharing critical information about a company demonstrates respect for, and trust in, a person. We want our people to be as invested in the business as we are.

    • Sharing the good with the team builds morale and trust in our vision. Sharing the bad shows respect and invites potential solutions from the greater group.
