Matt Moschetti
Director
Matt Moschetti is an experienced professional based in Reno, NV. He has over nine years of experience working in both public and private accounting. During that time, he has been involved with managing public and private company audit engagements, extensive contract review, ensuring appropriate revenue recognition, lease accounting, and drafting technical memos.
Matt is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada. He has significant knowledge of accounting standards under US GAAP, with a recent emphasis in ASC 606 and ASC 842, and he has experience working with various business units across international regions (APAC, EMEA, and LAC). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Information Systems from University of Nevada, Reno.
Danielle Lewis
Director
Danielle Lewis is an experienced professional based in Las Vegas, NV. With over twelve years of experience in public and private accounting, Danielle has a significant knowledge of accounting standards under US GAAP. She has experience with SEC reporting, regulatory reporting, XBRL and process improvement efficiencies.
In her accounting tenure, eight years have been focused on industry specific accounting standards for regulatory operations (ASC 980). Danielle has been involved with contract review to ensure proper accounting treatment, technical accounting memos and implementation of the new lease standard under ASC 842.
Danielle is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada. She holds a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting and minor in economics, both from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Michelle Morrison
Manager
Michelle Morrison is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada, based out of Reno. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno and has over 20 years of experience in business, accounting and audit. During that time she has worked in various business facets, ranging from general business processes such as payroll and HR to technical accounting and ERP implementation.
Skilled in process optimization, automation, and transformation projects, Michelle thrives on creating value for businesses, driving operational efficiency and strategic financial management. She is knowledgeable in GAAP, SEC Regulation, SOX, internal controls, and financial reporting. Michelle’s dual perspective, having been both an auditor and auditee, offers her a holistic viewpoint that has consistently proven beneficial to her clients.
When she’s not working, Michelle likes being active outside, hiking and kayaking near Lake Tahoe with her family. She also enjoys traveling, weightlifting, and CrossFit.
Kathryn Click
Manager
Kathryn Click is an experienced professional based in San Diego, CA. Prior to joining ZI, Kathryn worked as a Fund Associate for FS Investments and as a Senior Business Consultant for EY. With more than five years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she has gained exposure to SEC reporting and compliance, internal and external audit engagements, and risk assessment across diverse sectors of the financial services industry.
In addition to her work in financial analysis and business processes, Kathryn has acquired skills in coordinating with clients, communicating effectively with team members, and managing relationships with third-party vendors. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
Morgan Muckelvane
Consultant
Morgan Muckelvane is a professional based in the Inland Empire, CA. Prior to joining ZI, she worked at Amazon as an Area Manager, and found her passion for accounting after holding various accounting positions with San Manuel Casino and Varp, Inc.
Morgan is currently studying to become a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. In joining the team, she brings her significant experience in multiple companies and industries, which includes management of various teams, bookkeeping, and internal audit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from California State University, San Bernardino, as well as a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Riverside.
